Mr. Faber was one of the first attorneys in New Mexico to become a Board Certified Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. Mr. Faber is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

In 1999, Mr. Faber won a jury verdict of $1.6 million for a whistleblower. Mr. Faber, however, makes no representation regarding the recovery for any case. Past settlements and verdicts do not reflect the possibility of success or the amount of recovery in any particular case.

After a 15-year career as a television and radio sportscaster, Mr. Faber enrolled in law school, where he became a member of the New Mexico Law Review. In 1996 he opened his own office, concentrating mainly on employment cases.

Mr. Faber continues to utilize his broadcasting background. He has been the legal correspondent for CBS affiliate KRQE-TV, and he has often hosted pledge drives on public television station KNME.
